About the Role :

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing supply chain projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones, and driving improvements and compliance in supply chain operations

Main Accountabilities

Process Optimisation
Identify and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, production, quality, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline processes and resolve supply chain challenges.

Process Optimisation
Identify and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Risk Management
Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.

Supplier Management
Work with suppliers to qualify them as approved supplier to Natec improve lead times, negotiate contracts, and enhance supplier performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain projects and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Inventory Management
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control.

Compliance & Quality
Ensure that supply chain activities comply with regulatory and quality standards, including FDA and other industry-specific requirements.

Budget Management
Oversee the financial aspects of supply chain projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and meet cost-saving objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management at Management level

• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

• Experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry is highly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improvements.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAGE X3 , SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with FDA regulations, and other regulatory requirements within the medical device industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement.

• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
