In 2022 and 2024 AVA Medical had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Alain Humbert (founder of ÉcloHésion and expert in benevolent management and mental programming for success) for workshop on ‘Conduire un changement avec rigueur et humanité’ (Leading change with rigor and humanity’).

During the 2 days’ workshop the participants have brainstormed & shared ideas/point of views, asked the right questions, developed both technical and human skills so as to devise the best strategy to make each project a success. And now that they are ready, we say ‘Action’!
