About the Role :

The Master Data Analyst supports medical device manufacturing by analysing supply chain data to improve efficiency, compliance and operational performance. The role also oversees master data management, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data across business systems to support informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Main Accountabilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of supply chain reporting.

Inventory & Materials Management

• Monitor inventory performance and recommend optimal stock levels.
• Analyse material consumption and support inventory optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

ERP Key User

• Act as the Supply Chain key user for the ERP system.
• Support system enhancements, data integrity and process automation.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

Master Data Management

Support the management of production and supply chain data within the ERP system.

Maintain accurate and reliable supply chain master data.

Ensure data standards and governance are consistently applied.

Qualifications & Experience

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.

·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

·  Experience within a manufacturing environment; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.

·  Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Sage X3 would be an advantage).

·  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Power BI, SQL or similar analytics tools.
