About the Role

The Talent Lead drives employee performance and career growth through structured processes such as mid-term and end-term dialogues, calibration sessions, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and Personal Development Plans (PDP).
This role ensures fairness, consistency, and alignment between employee goals and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-term and end-term reviews).
• Coordinate and facilitate calibration exercises with managers and HR.
• Support the development and follow-up of PIPs for underperforming employees.
• Guide managers and employees in creating effective PDPs to enhance growth and career progression.
• Develop and maintain career path frameworks across departments.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to align training with career goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, performance, or HR development.
• Experience with PIP, PDP, and calibration processes.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication in English and French.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and performance data reporting.
