As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled CNC Industrial Machinist to join our Toolshop team and support our mission through precision machining and hands-on technical expertise.

Position Overview:

As a CNC Industrial Machinist, you will be responsible for the programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines as well as manual toolshop equipment to manufacture high-precision components. You will collaborate closely with the Machine & Equipment Engineer and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output that supports production, tooling, and R&D needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines and electrically controlled machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Use MasterCAM software for CNC programming and part preparation.
• Ensure consistent quality in machined parts through precise measurements and in-process inspection using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines to reduce downtime.
• Support tooling improvements and contribute to process optimization in collaboration with engineering.
• Maintain strict adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in CNC Machining, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of CNC machining experience in an industrial environment.
• MasterCAM certification is a must.
• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting of machine shop equipment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and working with G-code.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
